Rynn’s background is in Bön contemplative tantrism. It is a shamanic combination of using meditation and energy work to achieve high levels of awareness in connection. {This is not the sex play that is understood as modern Indic/Yogic Tantrism such as the Kama Sutra. - but we can do that too ;) }

A lot of Rynn’s work is with trauma recovery, or people experiencing imbalanced sexual energy that is causing drama. Bringing another person’s energy into that is simply too complex to make progress. One needs to get deeply aware of their own energy and what they can do with that before adding the alchemy to confuse progress.

The Tantrism we teach does not require sexual activity - although our techniques are applicable for that too, if that’s where you want to go.

All practices are given in levels and variations depending on the comfort level and availability of the practitioner. It is a great entry point for those who are not promiscuous, can’t access playmates (yeah quarantine!), or are in committed relationships with an unwilling partner. It’s a great way to get your bearings in a safe way, before bringing others into play.
