So many people struggle with their faith because of ‘what the Bible says’ about something or Christians who are resolute in their faith yet… it baffles Rev.Rynn every time when they ultimately reveal that they have never actually read the Bible for themselves! How can you take issue with or take up a cause when you don’t actually know what it’s built on?

Rev.Rynn used to read the Bible cover-to-cover twice a year for the duration of her teens and theological studies. Here is how she did it!

Rev.Rynn’s ministry all began in her teens with short emails she would send out sharing how she saw God in everyday situations to encourage people to see God as alive in their lives. It was in response to these Daily Sightings that a friend encouraged her to pursue ministry as her unique perspective could help retrain the eyes of those who needed to see God alive again.

We look forward to sharing these little devotional readings from the early naughts, before she trained in theology and seminary and was taught what the Bible was apparently supposed to say.

Devotionals are short readings used to inspire and encourage one in their faith or guide them through a theme that they struggle with. Rev.Rynn is known for her unique way of interpreting the texts, and through the delight of her childlike eyes, she often finds little treasures she loves to share to spruce up your understanding and relationship with your faith. Some call them her direct revelations, as the scripts seem to just reveal themselves to her.

These devotional readings include a suggested scripture passage, Rev.Rynn’s little insight or revelation, prompts for taking your personal exploration to deepen your faith, and a little encouragement along the way.

Granted, many people have not read the scriptures themselves, not for lack of trying, but for lack of understanding. They get bogged down in the ‘boring’ bits and lost in all the excitement… or simply fall asleep…

As a trained theologian, who explores the texts through authentic revelations, Rev.Rynn is often reframing texts for poor confused seekers. She has been asked , several times, to write an exhaustive commentary explaining the Bible line by line… her response: ‘that would take far too long and God’s got other things I’m to get done. I’d rather just share my excited little findings on a need to know basis.’ Well, we need to know, Rynn!
